BOWDEN, Joan (nee Marsh) – Passed away peacefully at the Ottawa General on Monday, December 17, 2012 at the age of 71. Loving Mother of Kim (Theresa), Craig (Ilene) and Kristi (Gareth). She also leaves behind her Partner and Best Friend Noel Rutland.
