Peacefully at Peter D. Clarke Long Term Care Centre, on Friday, June 24th, 2016 at the age of 87 years on his 55th wedding anniversary. Beloved husband of Dorothy. Loving father of Jim (Karen), Heather (Bryan) and Cheryl (Shawn). Dear Poppa of Kathleen, Michelle, Spencer, Connie, Andrew and Hunter. Survived by his sisters Lottie (Stan Nickerson) and Charlena Murphy. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Family and friends may attend a Celebration of Eric's Life on Tuesday, June 28th, 2016 at 2pm at Metropolitan Bible Church, 2176 Prince of Wales Dr, near Hunt Club Road. In lieu of flowers, in memoriam donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute or the Metropolitan Bible Church would be appreciated.
