Claire Lapensée

Peacefully passed away at Centre D’Accueil Champlain at the age of 75. Beloved wife of the late André J. Lapensée. Loving mother of Denis (Colleen), Claudette, Claude and Elaine (Denis). Grandmother of Denis Jr. (Alex), Sarah, Ryan, Paul, Jacob, Tyler Claude and great grandmother of André. Predeceased by her loving parents Léo and Yvette Beauchamp, sisters Thérèse, Aline and brother Pierre. She will be deeply missed by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends may attend a mass at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes, 435 Montreal Rd, Ottawa on Friday, September 30th, 2016 at 10:30am, followed by a reception in the church hall. Interment will take place immediately following the reception at Notre-Dame Cemetery. The family would like to thank all of the nurses and staff at Centre D’Accueil Champlain for their warmth, kindness and great care. In Lieu of flowers, donations to the Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus – CCHC Department would be greatly appreciated.
