Jean Henri Proulx

Jean "Tony" Proulx - It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Jean H. Proulx on Saturday, July 8th, 2017 at the age of 79. Predeceased by his parents Lina Jobin and Clodomire Proulx, and his brothers Fernand (Thelma Mandia), Bernard and Marcel. Dear brother of Maurice (Annette Cyr). Uncle to Sonia (Mike Pushman) and Lynne (Andre Desbree). Jean will also be missed by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 22nd, 2017 at Notre Dame De Lourdes (435 Montreal Rd, Ottawa, ON) at 9:30am. Inurnment at Notre Dame Cemetery immediately following the service. Reception to follow at Notre Dame De Lourdes. In Lieu of flowers, donations to the Dementia Society (formerly known as the Alzheimer's Society) would be greatly appreciated.
