Derek Brennan

On Friday, July 14, 2017, Derek Brennan of Kanata was called home to Heaven in his 81st year. Missing him already are his beloved wife of 59 years, Harriett, and his two children Peter (Gina) and Joyce (Roger Corley-Byrne). His cherished grandchildren Alex, Meghan, Erinn, Kelsey, Mitchel and Nicholas are remembering him with love. Also mourning are his sister Shiela Pulfer of Alabama and Harriett's sister Isobel Holmes and her brother Andrew McFetridge along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Derek was predeceased by his parents Richard and Jessie Brennan, brothers-in-law Eric Pulfer, Ernie Holmes and sister-in-law Dorothy McFetridge. Friends may greet the family at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 20, at Bridlewood Community Church of the Nazarene (B.C.C.N.), 2 Stonehaven Drive, Kanata, K2M 2P9. Service at 2 p.m. Reception to follow.
